The Process
Phase 1: Design
Your feedback will be a vital part of Phase 1 as we develop your content, message, style, graphics and images. Our copywriter will work with you to communicate your message in the “voice” of your company.
Any photos or graphics will be gathered at this stage. Design elements and the right words will work together seamlessly to create a consistent, vibrant and effective site.
We’ll organize your site’s content and appearance to present your information attractively and effectively, with strategies to increase your visibility on search engines.
Phase 2: Creation of first draft
During Phase 2, experienced programmers will write custom code and incorporate content and functionality into your site.
The first draft of the website will be presented to you during this Phase.
Phase 3: Revision
At this point you’ll let us know what changes you’d like made to the first draft and we’ll produce a revision. We can accommodate two rounds of revisions before Phase 4.
This is also when we’ll purchase your domain name (reprofessor.net) and connect it to secure servers (see Hosting section below).
Phase 4: Final development & testing
Professional coding using up-to-date technology will ensure that your site works smoothly and effectively. Robust security and software will be employed, so your website will be safe, fast and mobile-friendly.
We’ll evaluate, test and retest each function and component, and analyze your site for speed, responsiveness and access for the visually impaired.
Then you’ll be able to fully test out your site and make sure you love everything about it.
Phase 5: Launch
Everyone’s favorite Phase!
When you’re completely happy with your new website then it’s time for the big day–when your new site goes live on the worldwide web!

The bill will be for the $1,100 and one year of upcoming maintenance.
If you decide not to keep the website you will owe nothing.
